We strongly encourage our tenants and landlords to have an inventory report. This documents the contents and conditions of your property in a detailed manner at the beginning of the tenancy. This report is conducted by an independent third-party and can be used in case of any difference of opinion at the end of the tenancy with regards to the deposit.
